“It’s a hit!”

I yelled out to Lace Leno over the house stereo blasting his new track, “Do’n What I Feel Like”, as it boomed through his apartment in South Sac.  Lace and I couldn’t stop smiling.  We both knew this was the track that would change everything.  Lace had just recorded it over at Big Hollis’s studio the day before and he wanted me to hear it right away.

We didn’t have any money at the time.  But we knew we had something as a team that would capture the attention of fans worldwide.   I decided at that moment that this track would be the introduction of King Duce and Lace’s launch to the top.  This week we finally unveiled the music video directed by our friend Hayves “Doc” Streeter Jr. that will set it all off.

Dreams come true.  Lace Leno and King Duce are living proof.  Thanks to our families and friends who supported us through the early times.  We would not be here without you.  This is dedicated to you.
